Common issues
The app isn't sending notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device Settings → GentlePrep → Notifications.
My timer stopped counting down
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your device.
I need to change my procedure date
Go to Settings → Edit Prep Details to update your procedure date and time.
